Hall of Fame - Golden Jubilee Medal

Description of Award

The Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Commemorative Medal was presented to over 40,000 Canadians who have distinguished themselves by their outstanding service to their communities, various organizations and/or their profession. Approximately 8,000 members of the Canadian Forces were selected and other candidates were selected from lists submitted by Senators, MPs, and National Organizations such as the Royal Canadian Legion and AFAC.
