Quebec Group has five Wings within it, four of them are
located in the Greater Montreal area and one in Quebec City.
- 302 (Québec-Valcartier) Wing - Québec City
- 306 (Maple Leaf) Wing - Dollard-des-Ormeaux
- 338 (Rive-sud) Wing - Saint-Hubert
- 394 (West Island) Wing - Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue
